Global Executive Board

The Global Executive Board of the Wilo Group comprises experienced executives with management experience and international market expertise.

The Wilo Group is primarily managed based on key financial performance indicators. These management indicators are applied across the Group and are also used at the level of regions, market segments and product areas.

In addition to financial indicators, the Global Executive Board considers selected non-financial indicators that, based on internal assessment, are relevant to the company’s medium- to long-term management.

The Global Executive Board also promotes a corporate culture based on defined corporate values and compliance principles. It is responsible for steering the implementation of the global corporate strategy and Wilo’s positioning as a provider of water technology solutions designed to meet defined efficiency and digitalisation requirements.
