For both commercial and residential buildings, economic efficiency and sustainability are important considerations. Meeting these requirements increasingly calls for innovative systems with components that are optimally coordinated. In the two market segments Building Services Residential and Building Services Commercial, we offer energy-efficient concepts designed for these requirements. They cover heating technology and air conditioning as well as water supply and wastewater disposal. Applications for our products and system solutions include single- and multi-family homes, public buildings, industrial and office buildings, hospitals and hotels.

We are a partner to leading original equipment manufacturers and manufacturers of heating boilers, heat pumps, air-conditioning systems and other equipment. Our pumps and hydraulic systems are designed to provide high levels of reliability, flexibility and efficiency. OEM customers also benefit from our many years of experience, in-depth market knowledge and application expertise.

We also work as a development partner and contribute our expertise and ideas to the development of new solutions. Taking current and anticipated regulatory requirements into account, we identify emerging global market needs and changing market requirements at an early stage. This enables us to develop and offer solutions tailored to specific applications.

For OEM customers, we provide a broad portfolio of established, market-tested integrated products as well as intelligent, individually developed solutions for a wide range of requirements.

Driven by rapid urbanisation, climate change and increasing environmental pollution, water is becoming an increasingly scarce and valuable resource in many regions of the world. Providing sufficient quantities of clean drinking water for a growing global population is a major challenge. At the same time, water demand from agriculture and industry is increasing in many parts of the world.

Against this background, reliable and sufficient water treatment and supply are already significant global challenges. As a partner to the water management sector, we provide solutions for the increasingly complex requirements associated with drinking water extraction and transport, as well as wastewater transport and treatment.

Wilo pumps and pumping systems for water management are designed to combine technical performance with efficiency and resource-conscious operation.

We develop and manufacture pumps designed to deliver high levels of reliability, flexibility and efficiency. Particularly in industrial applications, these are important parameters for pumps and pumping systems.

A particular strength of our Industry market segment lies in process-related applications across a range of sectors. Since every industrial sector has its own, often highly specific requirements for pumps and peripheral equipment, we develop individual concepts and solutions for specific applications. These are designed to support smooth installation, reliable operation and efficient maintenance.

Wilo pumps are used worldwide, for example, to transport cooling water in power plants. Other important areas of application include mine dewatering and food production.

Building on the vision of using technological developments to support people and the environment, Wilo develops intelligent solutions for specific challenges in water management and related fields of application, with their value geared towards clearly defined application objectives.

The strategy combines the further development of water technologies with the use of artificial intelligence and the three strategic areas of Creating, Caring and Connecting. Wilo focuses on intelligent water technologies, the further development of its own business processes and collaboration with partners. The aim is to bring technological innovation and specific application objectives together within a common strategic framework.

Future built on tradition

Built on the historic coal seams of the Ruhr region, Wilopark is a modern corporate campus designed to bring together office, production and other facilities. With six buildings, an expansive piazza and attractive outdoor areas, Wilopark forms a distinctive site in Dortmund.

The site brings together Wilo’s global and European headquarters, intelligent production facilities and measures designed to support resource-efficient operations.

Wilopark has received a number of awards and recognitions, including EcoVadis Platinum, Top Employer and Factory of the Year.
