Our commitment to fairness and transparency

Open communication is a core principle of our compliance approach. For this reason, we have established processes that support transparent and compliant compliance and whistleblowing procedures. Reports of possible violations of laws, internal rules, policies, or our Code of Conduct help us identify and review potential misconduct.

SpeakUp is a communication platform that allows you to submit a confidential report to the Wilo Group by phone or via the web in the languages supported by the system. It is operated with technical and organizational security measures. Details regarding confidentiality and data processing can be found in the system information.

How can you report your concern to us?

• You can leave a message either via a web form or through a free phone call. This can also be done anonymously, provided that you do not submit identifying information. Details regarding confidentiality and data processing can be found in the system information.

• After successful submission, you will receive an individual case number. Please make a note of this number and keep it in a safe place.

• The case number serves as your access key to view the processing status and, where предусмотрено, add further information. Each time you access the system, you will be asked to enter the key again. This creates a mailbox that may be used anonymously, provided that the system and procedural conditions allow this. Through this return channel, we can inform you about key processing steps.
